What's a credit?
A credit is one unit of AI work. Generating ideas, a name batch, or a slogan is 1 credit; a full brand & social kit is about 12; building a site is about 6. Text is nearly free — credits really only meter the heavy image and site work.
Is the monthly plan required?
Yes — Sproutable is a subscription. The plan keeps your site hosted and refreshes your credits every month so you can keep growing after launch day. You own your domain, brand assets, site content, and business email — cancel anytime and export or transfer them; only the managed hosting and monthly credits stop.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks — your site stays live. Grab a top-up pack (Spark / Boost / Scale) or wait for your monthly refresh. Standard rolls unused credits one month, Pro and Agency roll two.
Do domains and business email cost extra?
Those are real purchases from third parties (your registrar, Google) billed at cost + a small margin, never out of your AI credits. You only pay for what you actually register or set up.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime, up or down — changes run through your billing portal, and annual billing saves you roughly two months.
Are there limits on brand-kit and site generation?
Each plan includes a generous monthly allowance plus a fair-use cap on the heaviest actions — full brand-kit generations and full site rebuilds. Day-to-day editing and regenerating text is effectively unlimited; if you're producing many full kits in a month (agencies, mostly), you'll either be on the Agency plan or grab a top-up. Nothing stops working — you're just prompted to top up.
Do I own the name, logo, and brand assets?
Yes — your domain, generated logo, brand assets, and site content are yours to keep, export, and transfer. One honest caveat: availability of a domain or social handle isn't a trademark clearance, and AI-generated artwork is provided as-is with no IP-clearance warranty. We surface basic name-risk signals, but check with a qualified attorney before using a name or mark commercially.
